Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and project outcomes.
4. Payments
- All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payments are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy
- Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately
5. Refund Policy
All payments are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

- Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final delivered work
- Brand Orbit Hub retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio
- Any third-party tools, themes, or assets remain subject to their respective licenses

We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Brand Orbit Hub shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Performance issues caused by third-party platforms or services
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
