At Brand Orbit Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, expertise, and resource allocation, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. General Policy

All payments made to Brand Orbit Hub are non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at our sole discretion and in accordance with the scope of work completed.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The project has not yet been started
  • A duplicate payment has been made
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations

In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued after review.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed or partially completed services
  • Digital marketing services (including ads, SEO, campaigns)
  • E-commerce store setup and development work already delivered
  • Website development after design approval or development phase has started
  • Virtual assistant services once hours have been allocated or work has started
  • Setup fees and onboarding charges

5. Project-Based Services

For one-time projects:

  • If the project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs
  • Once the project has started, no refunds will be issued
  • If work has been partially completed, only the remaining unused portion may be considered for refund

6. Monthly & Ongoing Services

For monthly services:

  • Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
  • Clients may cancel future services with prior notice, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period

7. Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client fails to provide required information or materials
  • The client delays the project timeline
  • The client changes requirements after project initiation

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact Brand Orbit Hub first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Legal action where applicable

9. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
